Finding your way around the dashboard

This is the "where do I find X?" map for On Belay. It lists every place in the dashboard, what lives there, and who can see it. If you're hunting for a setting, a page, or a feature, start here.

The sidebar

These items appear in the left sidebar for every member of the org:

  • Overview/dashboard. Your org's home page.
  • Groups/dashboard/groups. The functional groups that point Claude. Everyone can view groups; creating and editing them is admin-only.
  • People/dashboard/people. Members, pending invites, role and group assignment, and Service Identities (non-human principals).
  • Integrations/dashboard/integrations. The integration catalog and what's connected. Connecting and managing integrations is admin-only.
  • Brand/dashboard/brand. Your brand details.
  • Cache/dashboard/cache. The pre-synced data that fieldsets and agents read from.
  • Fieldsets/dashboard/fieldsets. The packaged AI capabilities you can turn on.
  • Agents/dashboard/agents. Your custom agents.
  • Analytics/dashboard/analytics. Has an Overview tab and an Activity Log tab.
  • Help/dashboard/help. This knowledgebase and the Ask assistant.
  • Settings/dashboard/settings. Org settings (see the tabs below).

Conditional sidebar items

These appear only for certain people or org types:

  • Approvals/dashboard/approvals. Visible to members of the Owner group — this is gated by Owner-group membership, not by the admin role. It's where approval requests are reviewed.
  • Portfolio/dashboard/portfolio. Shown to agency and PE orgs that manage client organizations.
  • Access/dashboard/access. Shown to standard orgs that are granting a service org access to their data.
  • Setup guide — visible to admins. Re-opens the onboarding launcher.
  • Owner dashboard/owner. Visible only to the platform owner.

Settings tabs

Settings open at Dashboard → Settings and switch via /dashboard/settings?tab=:

  • General — org name, logo, sign-in methods, and Slack install.
  • Claude — Connect to Claude: your MCP URL, with tabs for Claude Desktop, Connector, and Claude Code, plus Personal Access Token generation. Admins also see the recommended system prompt, the managed-LLM cap, and the option to bring your own Anthropic key.
  • Team — admin only. Personal Access Tokens and active Claude connections across the org.
  • Billing — admin only. Your plan and subscription. (Billing is a tab here, not a separate page.)
  • Developer — platform-owner only. OAuth provider credentials.

There is no "Connectors" page inside On Belay. When you add a custom connector for Claude, you do that in the Claude.ai or Claude Desktop app — not in On Belay. On Belay's Settings tabs are exactly General / Claude / Team / Billing / Developer.

Owner dashboard

The owner dashboard at /owner is visible only to the platform owner. From there you can provision organizations, check integration health, and view the OAuth app registry. It also includes:

  • /owner/help — the Help content editor.
  • /owner/slack — Slack configuration.
  • /owner/fieldsets — fieldset management.
  • /owner/developer-applications — developer applications.
  • /owner/architecture — architecture view.
