Hotjar
Org-level connection
Hotjar is connected once at the org level by an admin. The credential is shared across all groups that have been granted access — individual team members don't need to connect their own accounts.
Getting your API key
In Hotjar, go to Settings → Sites & Organizations → API Tokens
Click "Create new token", give it a name, and copy the token — it's shown only once
Find your Site ID in the Hotjar URL after selecting your site (e.g. insights.hotjar.com/sites/123456/...)
Paste the API token in the field below and enter your Site ID
Hotjar API access requires a Business or Scale plan.
